Well...I guess I need that recipe!
Oh it was actually REALLY good. I added a LOT of lime, but it had no beery aftertaste.
Ironically, Wayne doesn't like light beer, so he didn't drink any anyway (which meant that there were 5 more for me!)
And shoot Cath, i think you may have had a version of it at Indian Ford back in the day. It's evolved from a recipe i think Cyndi used to make. Super good, super lot of calories, you know. I suppose you could make a lower fat version, but that may or may not make it taste like crap.
